Smart training & strengthening can help any runner, but gait analysis can look deeper to resolve issues or tease out a little more speed. We combine RunScribe data with slow motion video & a full biomechanical assessment to provide you with a detailed plan to improve your form.
Coaching

Consultations
Is an injury limiting your training? Prefer to see a doctor who actually specializes in treating runners? I'm excited to off in-person appointments in Charlottesville, VA, (inside Whole Strength PT) & online appointments for those who aren't nearby! While I can give training advice to anyone, I can only provide medical diagnosis to residents of VA & LA .

Hi, I'm Dr. Kasey Hill
I'm a physician specializing in Running Medicine. Runners often have big goals, chief among them is to keep running! My goal is to help you reach your goals. Whenever possible, I'll help keep you running or suggest cross training only if needed while treating an injury. But I'd much rather help prevent injuries in the first place through Coaching, our PR Running Classes, or a complete Gait Analysis. I believe that intelligent strength training is one of the best ways to not only reduce injuries, but also improve performance. Power = PRs!
